Licensed operations under the 1Red brand do not extend to certain countries and regions. Access to the site, applications, and associated services is restricted in the following areas:

• United States of America — Federal and state-level regulatory prohibitions on unlicensed offshore gambling services;
• United Kingdom — Requires a dedicated UK Gambling Commission licence not currently held for this brand;
• France — National regulatory authority (ANJ) restrictions on unlicensed foreign operators;
• Netherlands — Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) licensing requirements not met by this entity;
• Spain — DGOJ licensing obligations applicable to all operators serving Spanish residents;

The 1Red brand has no authority to influence the operational or management decisions of such entities. Accordingly, no responsibility is assumed for any actions, omissions, or regulatory breaches attributed to those companies. Any claims or disputes relating to those entities must be directed to the relevant company or to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing authority.

A digital licence verification system is available, enabling users to confirm the current status and authenticity of the 1Red gaming licence at any time. This tool provides transparent, up-to-date confirmation of the platform’s legal standing under its issued authorisation.

The verification system is a status-check tool operated in connection with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. All texts, images, seals, and associated materials displayed within or alongside the verification system remain the intellectual property of the regulator. This content is protected under applicable copyright law. Any commercial or non-commercial use of these materials by third parties, without express authorisation from the rights holder, is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties under relevant legislation.

Trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers displayed across the 1Red website and applications are protected assets held by the licence holder or the relevant regulatory authority. These protections are enforceable under applicable intellectual property law.

Ownership of these marks extends beyond formally registered trademarks and domain names to include other brand identifiers, visual style elements, and distinctive commercial signs associated with the 1Red brand and its licensing body. Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or use of these protected elements is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal liability under national and international trademark law.
